New & Old Favorites

Yesterday my roommate brought back the most wonderful calendar of an artist's work I've never seen. Mark Spain is an amazing painter, his work captures the perfect part of a women's beauty and what they are wearing, I love them so much!

and in other news, I'm beyond excited to hear that The Row by Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen will be showing their first line at New York Fashion Week very soon! I can not wait to see pictures from this, their collections are always amazing, classic and beyond chic

Also Alexa Chung has been signed with Madewell (owned by J.Crew) to make a line of clothes resembling her own set to be in stores in August, she will also be the star of the campaign, of course! I will have to find a way to get my hands on everything once it's in stores. Everything is already so cute from Madewell, I know Alexa's just going to make it better!

    Those paintings in the calendar look absolutely beautiful!! I gotta give the Olsen girls credit cuz they still rock!!!

    Those paintings are lovely. They remind me of the times I've spent in London; they capture the beauty of London perfectly. My favourite is the third one.

    Mark Spain is sich a good painter!
    The way he pictures the light and makes everything look so elegant is just amazing.

    oh my gosh this post is just chock full of amazingness. first of all, i LOVE LOVE LOVE the row. amazing pieces! and ALEXA CHUNG FOR MADEWELL?! GREATEST THING SINCE TOPSHOP NYC!!!!! ahhh i'm so excited! and i'll definitely vote for you to go to fashion week (i might enter myself if its not too late... i doubt i'll win, though haha)

    I love all of those paintings! They are beautiful. The Row is amazing. this excites me so much because that collection is one of my favorite lines. (I do have a lot of favorite lines though.)
