Thank you Mood!

Today was the big day bloggers, I finally went to Mood Fabrics! It was stressful to say the least, there is so many things to look at, it's overwhelming. After about two hours of walking around getting lost within fabrics, trimmings, feathers, velvet, people and a little dog I finally found the fabric I'm going to use for my dress I'm making. I don't have a picture yet but I'll show you soon, it's a pattern with taupe, red and black and is a little retro looking. I'm excited!
& of course I finally got the famous Mood bag!
I'm sorry I didn't take a lot of pictures I was too busy trying to find the perfect fabric!

Me and my two friends from class

After we went to see the American Beauty exhibit at the FIT Museum, everything was beautiful, there was a couple Rodarte dresses, and a sweater which made me die a little, and of course the most amazing vintage pieces ever. No pictures though, I wish I could have! After me and my two friends did some shopping at American Apparel and Forever 21 before we came back to school, I got a couple things:

Dress in that color and sash in sea foam green from American Apparel

From Forever 21, it's cropped and reminds me of the 50s
