Dakota lovin'

If you don't already know one of my favorite colors is royal blue, and when I was turning sixteen and needed a car my only criteria was that it needed to be royal blue. Let me tell you...that's not the easiest thing to find but, I did it. I thought it would be fun to show you my car! It's a huge part of me, and one of the loves of my life. I swear I will not get rid of this car until it I absolutely have to. It's perfect, and I've been in love with it since I was fifteen. He is a 2004 Ford Focus and his name is Dakota.

    I know exactly how you feel! We always name our cars- I have an ancient landrover series 3 called Thomas who is baby blue and white (my sister has a red one called Roxanne!). But he's in need of work so in the meantime I drive Maud, an ancient old Volvo Estate. She's so frumpy I had to call her Maud but I love her! I definately get the love.
    Loving the outfit too- those shorts are perfect.

    Royal blue is such a nice colour for anything!

    I don't have a car, but my sister has this cute, bright green little car.
    It doesn't really have a name, but my Dad calls it "the Pimple".. xP

    I don't actually drive (strange, I know) but in my fantasies, I own a little blue Mini Cooper :) I am, however, searching for a beautiful vintage bike to become enamored of!

    My mom had a similar four door version of this car and well it was a lot older, but still this is a great little car!

    It was actually the one I drove throughout high school. However I am 5'11 so I looked a little ridiculous in it.

    Also love that shirt!
