Today I got to attend the Manhattan Vintage Clothing show at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City, I mentioned in my last two posts, I had never been and truly was such an amazing experience. I stepped into the lobby and the first thing I saw was a display of Louis Vuitton luggage...need I say more?
I was surrounded by the most fashionable people I've ever encountered I think, and the most expensive amazing vintage pieces I've ever seen, tables and tables (90 to be exact) of jewlery, clothing, shoes, purses, magazines, men's clothing and so much more. Needless to say - I was in Heaven. Of course all these gorgeous items were way out of my price range, but it was nice to dream and see what I could eventually buy once I find a good job... ha!
Here's some pictures I snagged of the event:
Chanel bags galore! I drooled
they had a special exhibit of vintage t-shirts from the underground

Sorry I didn't get a better picture of my outfit!
I bought a wonderful dress that was in my price range towards the end (I wasn't about to leave this place without something in my hand!) I'm wearing it to the Bronx Zoo tomorrow, so you'll see outfit posts with it soon enough :)
