Blogger inspired

I was recently really inspired by Tieka from Selective Potential, she wore such a classic outfit that I wanted to try and do, but in my own way. Tieka has a great sense of style, gorgeous hair and great clothes! If you haven't checked out her blog please do soon!

Here's my way;

blazer; H&M
scarf; vintage Tiffany & Co.
t shirt; Target
jeans; Delia's
flats; Target

Here's her way;

Also I was tagged by Sofie from One too many wishes to say a little about myself;

TV Shows I watch:
Gossip Girl, Ace of Cakes, Say Yes To the Dress, The Nanny, Secret Life of The American Teenager, One Tree Hill, Cake Boss, Greek

Places I like to eat:
Panera, Taco Bell, the Rat, Olive Garden, Applebees, Winberry's, Bagel Barn, Cold Stone

Things I'm looking forward to:
going to Mood with my sewing class, not having to wake up for an 8:30 class tomorrow, fashion club Wednesday, Urban Outfitters 20% off in Feb, She & Him tickets (hopefully), getting a job?, the weekend, seeing my boyfriend later

Things I did yesterday:
watched a lot of MTV, did homework, blogged, took outfit pictures, did more homework, spent hours on the internet, emailed Q, ate ravioli, talked to my mom, did more homework

Things I love about winter:
wearing tights, wearing boots, wearing knit socks, hot chocolate, watching the snow from inside, hats and gloves, pretty winter coats, fires

Things on my wishlist:
Open back dress from UBO, wedge booties - or any kind of wedges, anything velvet, less homework, a job, Adam Brody and the OC to come back, more tights, buffalo chicken dip

Things I'm passionate about:
fashion, photography, going to England eventually, love, finding an internship for next fall, vintage anything, Audrey Hepburn, polaroids

Words or phrases I use often:
jerk, great, wonderful, oh, brb, ya gross, lovelove, beyond

Things I've learned from the past:
Don't trust to easily, things happen for a reason, karma, not to let my guard down quickly, believe in myself, be patient with what I want, go for it, be happy with myself

Places I want to go:
London, Paris, California, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Hawaii, Russia

Things I want or need:
a warmer room, more clothes, more makeup, sketching skills, more fabric, to be able to do a stop motion video, visit London, meet Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen

Sorry that was long, another post to come later tonight!
lovelove, M.

scarfscarfscarf! such a good scarf. i'm pretty sure you've commented on my blog a few times (thanks a ton!) but for whatever reason i haven't bookmarked you yet. well, consider yourself officially followed by me.

our passions lists would probably be very similar. i'm working on going to england next spring! also, i could probably teach you to do stop motion via the internet. it isn't at all hard. actually, that's just a guess. well, i've done an animation. which is similar in process. anyway.
