1940s
I have to do a project in my Historical Analysis of Costume class on a decade, I chose the 1940s and interviewed my grandmother about the style, hair, fabrics and clothing of the decade. It was so interesting to hear stories I would have never heard without asking these questions. So I wanted to show you some of the family pictures I gathered for this project, I really love old pictures so much and it makes it ten times better that the people in the pictures are my family!

There's something thrilling, I think, in looking at old black and white photographs. I can't imagine how cool it is to not only see old photos, but of your grandparents!
This is also why I like looking through old newspapers. :) Thanks for sharing!
