533 days

After running to Target for some errands with my boyfriend we went to Barnes & Noble to kill time, of course my first stop is the magazines I usually take a Vogue from every country and look through them all but to my surprise, Lula #10 was staring right at me. I almost screamed, grabbed the only one I saw and was content, then looked down and saw a huge stack of Lula with different covers, went through the options and picked my favorite. I've been dying to get my hands on a Lula magazine who would have thought Montclair, New Jersey's Barnes & Noble would start carrying it? Not me. But I'm not complaining, it's the most amazing magazine has wonderful editorials and interviews and I'm so very happy to have one in my possession finally.

(I got excited to see the editorial I just posted about here in the issue!)
Trench coat & cardigan; Zara
Halter romper & sash; American Apparel
Skirt; random store for 5 dollars (score)
Boots; thrifted

Also, I'm pleased to announce that I will be starting a "blogger of the month" type post every month but I think it's going to be more of a "blogger I admire... of the month" because I feel like blogger of the month is too cliché haha, and I got a very exciting call today about something I'm really pumped for... I can't tell you for a month or so though! Stay tuned :)

ATTENTION: I entered the "Keds Casual Style" contest on Chictopia and to my surprise, I'm actually doing pretty well so I would love it if all you lovely readers that have chictopias would vote for me! It would make me so happy! Please vote here

I love the mix of colours in this outfit! The two shades of turquoise paired with the grey and the black, as well as the beige of the trench coat are just lovely!

I'm not familiar with Lula... where's it from? Looking very cute by the way. You reminded me I need to get my hands on a good trench.

You look darling in that trench.
And I have to say, I never get sick of barnes & noble, you never know what you'll find! Their magazine section is definitely amazing.
Love your look for the keds contest. :]

Gurlllllll. I love your trench. You are very pretty. I haven't ever read a Lula, but perhaps I should. Chapters, the Canadian equivalent of Barnes & Noble, carries them. I'll be sure to pick one up.

Havent found a Lula, but guess maybe I should give our Barnes a try as well!

Ooh, thanks for reminding me that I need to check out my local B&N! I used to go there all the time when I worked at the mall (before I knew about Lula, unfortunately)...so I'll have to go check and see if they have it!

Love the whole outfit, you look darling :)

I got my Lula #10 earlier this week at a Borders in Chicago, and I went through the stack to find the cover I liked most. I chose the same one you did. It's always so amazing and I'm glad I have the weekend to actually read it.

I love Lula! I can never find it anywhere, either, though, and it upsets me. Found it once, fell in love, and am now left without.

I love the new blog layout, by the way.

Barnes and Noble killing time sessions are the best. I don't know why they let you read the magazines but I'm all for it. Saves me a ton of money!!

You look fabulous as always.

You look adorable! Love the sash, I've been thinking about purchasing one as well and you might have just pushed me over the edge. Too cute for words.

So glad you got a Lulu magazine. I on the other hand am stuck with Glamour and american Vogue. Jealous?
